Puerto Rico

Trip to Puerto Rico:
I've updated the shutterfly with some of our pictures from the trip.
Thursday:
flight to Puerto Rico
Walked on the beach
Friday:
Horse Riding through the jungle
Ate at a little restaurant on the beach
swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub
Saturday:
Toured the Bacardi distillery
Toured one of the old castles

Walked around old san juan
Ate dinner at a restaurant overlooking the coast
Sunday:
Drove to El Junque jungle
climbed an observatory tower overlooking the jungle
Went on a 2 mile (Each way) hike through the mountains and jungle to get to a waterfall you can swim under. The water was too cold so we didn't do anything except dip our feet in.
We ate at a small restaurant up high on the mountain.
Monday:
Flew back home to st louis.

Spring Training with the Cactus League

Just wanted to say hello! I hope that you and Sarah had a nice trip in San Juan Puerto Rico! It sounds like it would be a pretty cool place. I cannot wait to see pics from your trip. Mom and Dad sent me a couple pics from when they watched ellie. She is just a cutie pie. They absolutely loved watching her too. I got to baby talk with her too... on speakerphone. It was the hilight of my day too!

She has your widow's peak, Todd. BIG TIME. It is sooo cute... like a little daddy! Is this a new highchair? or did you just bust it out since she is eating food now?

Ticklish Baby!

I too hope everyone is okay! I am sorry about your trunk smelling like detergent.. better than the time in HS when I spilled a container of gasoline in the subaru... that was like huffing for weeks! BLEH! Shame it wasn't warmer... could have let the vehicle air out more!

She is sooo cute! Boy is she getting big. What an adorable little baby. thanks for Posting the video of her... she is soo sweet. I know the folks are looking forward to watching her. When are you two leaving for Puerto Rico? I hope you both have an awesome time! I am soo excited for the two of you!

House in my neighborhood is on fire

So, A house a block away was on fire tonight. I hope everyone is ok. it was a really large fire and we could barely see anything outside because the smoke was so thick, it was a pretty large fire.

We took another video of me tickling ellie, although it almost sounds like she is crying. definitely not her cutest bout of giggles. but I guess she is a little young to be acting on cue.


This past weekend was eventful we watched guiness for mom and dad while they went to Indy for grandpa's birthday party. We also had a giant 96 load container of liquid laundry detergent explode into the trunk of the G6. my trunk is now sticky, blue, and smells like a laundramat.
