After typing what seemed like a novel, I realized I had posted a blog intended for you both, on my blog. I deleted it... but wished I could MOVE it. Oh well.

I am excited about my visit, and cannot wait to see you both! Is Ellie crawling now? Anything else new and exciting w/ you both? i miss you!

3 more weeks and I'll be in St Louis!!!

So, I got a mild distraction until I come out to visit... and maybe some airplane reading. (My flight out has a stop and will take 5+ hours to get to StL... so I may also need to bring FOOD with me!) The twilight book series arrived yesterday. Sweet. I started reading last night, and I am almost done w/ the first 100 pages... sweet. The only bad part is that they are hardbacks. So they are big and heavy. I like paperbacks for the ease of throwing them into a bag as they are light and more easily portable.

Harry Potter the movie comes out late July... I am excited. I like those movies. Do you have them on DVD? I thought that the Harry Potter was supposed to come out around thanksgiving last year... but I guess I was wrong... it just seems like AGES since the last movie came out... and I saw that one w/mom and dad in HI... so that was what summer '07. Wow... it's been 2 years since the last Potter? CRAZY! I bet you guys are excited! You two gonna go to the opening show?

I am soo excited about my visit... It is hard to believe that April is only a week away! Sure makes my visit just seem closer and closer. I cannot wait to cuddle on the little snuggle bunny!

So this weekend was fun. I watched twilight... more than once! What can I say - I like sappy vampire love stories made for teenage girls! HAHA! The next twilight comes out November 20th and I am pretty stoked about that ... better than having to wait for the next harry potter movie. Man, the last Harry Potter I saw was in 2007 and the next movie is not set to be released until November 2010 and the final part May 2011. So... D and I should be living in the Lou by then... maybe we can have a harry potter watching party? Could be fun!!!

Hi guys! Got Sarah's email. Looking forward to seeing you both. I'll be in STL just 4 weeks from TODAY! YIPPEE! Just 28 more days and I'll be hanging at your homestead. Sarah, if you could pick me up from the airport that'd be great. Give us some time just to hang out! and me some time to bond with the BABY! YAYAYAYAYAY! Obviously I am excited. HAPPY THURSDAY!

Got another compliment on Ellie today, about how beautiful she is. I must say I agree. Cannot wait to see her in person!

Weekend

Friday night:
Saw "Watchmen" and I really enjoyed it. not quite as good as the source material but probably about as close as we are ever going to get.

Saturday:
Sarah and I went to her great Aunt Dorothy's funeral. It was a nice catholic service.

Sunday:
We spent most of the day cleaning the house. Things fall behind a lot more now that ellie is here claiming so much of our time.
