Sarah's car ran into some issues this weekend. Apparently when she got her oil change at Johnie Londoff Chevrolet in North St Louis, they cross threaded the oil filter cap. The Cap is now impossible to remove, and due to Jiffy Lube trying cause the car to leak oil. This was probably caused because Londoff uses air tools instead of manual tools. We have called Johnie Londoff and they are paying for a tow to their service dept. Hopefully they get the cap off and see that their filter is on the car, and pay to fix it. Or they are now Suntrop to me. (Suntrop is another dealer in town with terrible commercials, and some sexist practices. On principle, I won't go to Suntrop.)
I'll update this if they are good enough to fix their mistake. If they won't, I'll be contacting the BBB.

Interesting that you posted this...because Drew bought his Honda Prelude from St. Louis Honda, and the first time he went to get an oil change, the exact same thing had happened with his oil cap- he ended up spending almost $275 to replace the oil pan because of it, and St. Louis Honda never admitted that it was their fault.
And don't even get me started on Suntrup. I am still traumatized and refuse to ever give them business again.
Nicci went to Suntrop to buy a car and they asked her when her husband was coming. They seem sexist, plus their commercials are the most annoying thing EVER
WOW. That is almost as bad as when some guy at at the TEMPE Kia dealership offered to give Derek a handy! (In a bad way...)
