training for a 5k


So, I've been running everyday as well as lifting free weights and doing situps. Hopefully I'll be ready in 2.5 weeks for a 3 mile run... The plus side to all of this is that I'm losing weight, although I doubt I'll ever look like the above picture again.

Woot, 188 lbs! Thats the first time I've been under 190 since I worked at Pattersons in Kirksville.
