It was fun!

Yes, it was nice to see you too. Sorry I didn't mention the new job. I like it... it is very different... a big girl job!

It is keeping me busy, and distracted --- but in a good way!

Cannot wait to see you again... I am looking at dates for the wedding shower. I am thinking June would be a good time to come out... Of course the airfare is like double what it used to be...

Gotta love gas prices!

Tristin and Grandma's visit

cute

Trust me she was much cuter in motion. those pictures kinda maker her look like an alien. I wish we could have gotten a video instead of just three pictures. It makes me really wanna do one of those 4D ultrasounds. Too bad those probably aren't covered by insurance and most likely fairly expensive.

TMI

TMI Tristin!
Can do without all the poo......
Sorry that Jax isn't doing better. Not easy.

2 sick dogs

It takes two baby,

It takes two baby--

to make poo...

a lot of poo....

Seriously.

SO, Jax got sick for some reason. Derek and I were at a BBQ...eating pizza. So I guess a pool party more acurately describes the occassion. We come home around 8pm- after the KU game. Jax had apparantly puked all over the appartment... and Bentley- as gross as this is, followed him around and licked it up. So Jax has been sick - and because he is on sooo much medicine for his autoimmunie disease and it had not digested into his system, it like - poisoned Bentley.

So in the middle of the night, bentley starts convulsing, vomiting and pooping everywhere. Fortunately while confined to the kitchen. But now it is like, really gross, and I cannot wait to seperate the two dogs. Is that not mean?

So we are cleaning the appartment, AGAIN.

So now, D and I are having that conversation, which sucks, about how long to keep his 4 year old dog alive. It is just really, REALLY sad.

Derek and I both voted..... BOY!
I just figured that you would end up some day having to explain to your son that he is named after a dog and a video game character... Derek just thinks it is a boy because you both love blue so much.... I cannot wait to find out!
Boy or Girl - I am excited! Either way I am an Aunt of a GORGEOUS little baby!

19-20 Weeks!!!

Your pregnancy: 19 weeks
See the big picture
How your baby's growing:Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces, and he measures 6 inches, head to bottom —
about the size of a large heirloom tomato. His arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the rest of his body now. His kidneys continue to make urine, and the hair on his scalp is sprouting. This is a crucial time for sensory development: Your baby's brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. If your baby is a girl, she has an astonishing 6 million eggs in her ovaries. They'll dwindle to fewer than two million by the time she's born.

Your pregnancy: 20 weeks
See the big picture
How your baby's growing:Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. She's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom, and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana. (For the first 20 weeks, we use measurements taken from the top of the baby's head to her bottom — known as the "crown to rump" measurement. After that, we use measurements from head to toe. This is because a baby's legs are curled up against her torso during the first half of pregnancy and are very hard to measure.)
How your life's changing:You've made it to the halfway mark — Congratulations! The top of your uterus is at the level of your belly button now, and you've likely gained about 10 pounds. Expect to gain an average of about another pound each week from now on. http://http://www.babycenter.com/6_your-pregnancy-20-weeks_1109.bc
